Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or the use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the International Chamber of Commerce. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the seat of arbitration shall be in a mutually agreed location.
